The Tobacco Reduction Strategy

Addressing the harms caused by tobacco is a collective responsibility. The Tobacco Reduction Strategy 2013-2017 is dependent on the commitment and cooperation of all partners and stakeholders in our province working together to make every action count. Together we can prevent children from stating to smoke, protect people from the harms of second-hand smoke, increase the number of smokers who quit and continue to change people’s attitudes about tobacco. This strategy protects the health of our children, our families and our communities and enables people to live healthier, longer lives.
